Thierry Rouquet,Chief Executive Officer

Thierry Rouquet is a graduate of INSA (Lyon, France), an elite engineering school. After an early career with international groups such as Schlumberger and Digital Equipment, he set up AXIDIA, a consulting and Integration Company specialised in information system security, in 1995. He sold Axidia to Scient Corporation in July 2000, and was retained as VP Europe at Scient. Following Scient he set up Extendis SAS, a developper of collaborative working solutions intended for corporate customers, before taking on the role of CEO with Arkoon in 2003.

Laurent Hausermann, Chief Technical Officer

An EERIE graduate (Ecole des Mines d’Alès), Laurent Hausermann started as a Security Engineer at EADS Telecom. He joined Arkoon in 2004 as Integration Engineer to grow into several management roles in the R&D department. Amongst his many achievements, laurent piloted Arkoon’s evolution towards Agile management of product lines aiming at providing better value and quality to solutions users. Laurent is also Arkoon’s Security Officer and was named CTO in January 2011.

Pierre-Yves Hentzen, Chief Financial Officer, Board member

A graduate in management and finances, Pierre-Yves Hentzen started his career at DDF-Identis in 1985, where he was promoted to Financial Director in 1989. In 1993 and 1994 he cofounded two companies in the fields of digital radiography (Apex) and medical imaging software (Medical Universal), taking on the role of CFO. He also regularly consulted on audit and management issues for industry groups Lamoral (Belgium) and Sopha Medical. Pierre-Yves joined Arkoon in 2001 as CFO, he is member of the Board of Directors since 2005. In 2007, with Thierry Rouquet, he has been in charge of the IPO on Nyse-Alternext Paris. Pierre-Yves Hentzen is also President of DFCG Rhone-Alpes Auvergne (CFO’s French Association)

Christophe Grangeon, Managing Director End point & data security

Christophe Grangeon joins SkyRecon as MD, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in sales development and management. Christophe held several sales and technical positions at Computer Associates, BMC Software and Perform (acquired by BMC in 2000) before managing Calendra’s sales and operations at a worldwide level. In addition, he participated in the acquisition of Calendra by BMC Software before being appointed as Sales Director IdM EMEA, in charge of BMC Identity Management Solutions. Prior to SkyRecon, Christophe held the position of VP Sales at OpenTrust where he largely contributed in establishing the company as the European PKI and Card Management System leader.
