Thierry Rouquet, Chief Executive Officer

Thierry Rouquet is a graduate of INSA (Lyon, France), an elite engineering school. After an early career with international groups such as Schlumberger and Digital Equipment, he set up AXIDIA, a consulting and Integration Company specialised in information system security, in 1995. He sold Axidia to Scient Corporation in July 2000, and was retained as VP Europe at Scient. Following Scient he set up Extendis SAS, a developper of collaborative working solutions intended for corporate customers, before taking on the role of CEO with Arkoon in 2003.

Patrick Prajs, Chief Operating Officer

Graduated of a IT master from Paris VI University (France) and of a master from Stanford University (California).
Patrick PRAJS, has been working as Chief Executive Officer, during 20 years,for great software companies as Sybase, Digital, CA..

Gilles d'Arpa, Sales Director France

Gilles d'Arpa was Business Finances Engineer at Oracle for five years, then for three years for Genesys Telecommunications, a leader in call-center solutions. In 2002 he joined Dimension Data, a group of network, security and storage integrators, as Industry and Finances Sales Manager. Gilles joined Arkoon in July 2004, and is in charge of developing sales and distribution in French territories for major accounts and strategic partners.

Pierre-Yves Hentzen, Chief Financial Officer

A graduate in corporate tax and finances, Pierre-Yves Hentzen started his career at DDF-Identis in 1985, where he was promoted to Financial Director in 1989. In 1993 and 1994 he cofounded two companies in the fields of digital radiography (Apex) and medical imaging software (Medical Universal), taking on the role of Director of Finances and Corporate Affairs. He also regularly consulted on audit and management issues for industry groups Omega-Pharma and Sopha Medical. Pierre-Yves joined Arkoon in 2001, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2005.

Didier Cortial, Director of Manufacturing

A graduate of the Grenoble Polytechnical Institute and the Grenoble School of Managament, Didier Cortial has held senior posts in purchasing and logistics with international groups such as Schneider Electric, MGE UPS, and SCI Group. Didier has been with Arkoon since April 2005.

Pierre-Yves Thoulon, Director Engineering

Pierre-Yves Thoulon is a graduate of the elite Ecole Centrale de Paris engineering school. During 15 years with HP in France and the US, he headed up hardware and softtware development teams for several product families including the successful HP Kayak PC workstation line and HP Vectra business PCs. He then spent 6 years with smartcard specialist Gemplus, leading multinational development efforts counting up to 100 people, with a particular focus on the software development life cycle for the Financial and Security Services Business Unit, before taking up this key role at Arkoon in 2006.
