You can only access Arkoon restricted customer area with a certificate provided with the Arkoon license. If you already own this certificate, you can directly access Arkoon customer area.
This certificate must be extracted from the provided license file.
If you do not have such a license, please contact your Arkoon seller.
You must then add the certificate (PKCS12 format, password=arkoon) onto your Internet browser.
This certificate will allow you to access Arkoon customer area.
