Arkoon technical support reproduces each incident and analyses each request in detail to fine tune the best solutions in the shortest possible time. To do this, it uses an important test bed and works in close collaboration with R&D teams.
If a problem is detected with the equipment, replacement equipment will be sent the next working day. If there is a specific contract, our partners will ensure on-site service within the predefined timelines (8 hours, 4 hours, 2 hours).
