Security BOX Mobile is a security solution for PDAs and Smartphones and is perfectly suitable for the security requirements of mobile terminals by proposing 2 packs:

• 
  An Enterprise package for PDAs and Smartphones communicating and comprising user authentication, the confidentiality of local files and personal data, the confidentiality of messages and attached files from electronic messaging systems and the SSL encryption of remote connections to the company IT system.

A personal package for PDA and Smartphones that are not connected and only comprising the authentication and encryption of the terminal.

This solution makes it possible:

• To implement the push mail functions securely
• Secure the terminal data (PIM base and all terminal files) with a proven encryption algorithm: l’AES256.
• Secure SD so increasing the memory capacity of the mobile terminals very securely
• To synchronise any company data at all through a VPN tunnel.

This solution is totally transparent for the user.
The ergonomics of Security BOX Mobile provides it with an additional strong-point: the user is simply authenticated by entering his terminal PIN code. So he does not need to retain the additional password in order to secure his data: authentication takes place on the terminal SIM card with a ((n) easy to remember) short code and has an unalterable failed attempts counter.
Once authenticated, the user has all of the functions of his terminal at his disposal, together with a high level of security.

Security BOX Mobile is compatible with Windows Mobile® 5.0 and 6.0. It is integrated into a secure infrastructure already used for protecting the sensitive data, should the mobile device be stolen. A centralised administration module makes it possible to manage and update the security policy of the company as a whole for all of these networked terminals, even at a distance.
