This certificate must be extracted from the provided license file. If you do not have such a license, please contact your Arkoon seller.
STEP 1 : To extract the licence certificate, select the licence file (usually named lic.akl or license.akl) : then
STEP 2 : You must then add the certificate (PKCS12 format, password=arkoon) onto your Internet browser. This certificate will allow you to access Arkoon customer area. If you need help,refer to documentation [UK].
STEP 3 : You can now access ARKOON Customer area with « Direct Access » button.
